Paid For New Shoes, Got Dirty Returned Ones

The shoes are cute and I want to like them, but they arrived in a torn up box, were dirty, and clearly had been worn and returned. This has happened so many times with DSW lately that I might finally give up on them. I’m sick of paying for new shoes and getting sent used ones. DSW isn’t what it used to be.

Go To Boots

These boots are so cute. More importantly they are warm and comfy. I can wear them for hours and my extremely sensitive feet do not ache at the end of the day. So easy to slip on. They are my go to winter shoes. Love them!

Very Comfortable

Bought these for quick slip on & go. They are great for that. Very comfortable. I wear 8 medium and they fit perfect.

Too narrow

Very comfy, actually slip on easily. The down side was even the wide ones were fairly narrow due to the pointy toe. These would have been perfect if they had a wider toe box. I think sizing up would have resulted in them slipping off.
