Fabulous shoe, poor sizing

The 5 stars is for the shoe, but not the sizing. They are stunning shoes. I wear a 9.5 so I ordered a 10. They run extremely small. I could barely squeeze my foot into the 10. I returned them to the store and ordered an 11 instead. This was my first experience with DSW. The return process was fantastic - so easy.
