Fit true to size and have some support. The straps are adjustable, but be very careful so as to not loose a bunch of stones. Keep your rhinestone glue on hand (arrived with a few loose and fully detached stones). I've already ordered replacement stones from everyone's favorite online retailer (ss12, not ab) because there were no extras included in the box. They do arrive with a glue odor, so let them air outside and probably don't wear on a small plane. Overall, the aesthetic is fantastic and I am so happy to wear them.
