    A Step Above Birkenstocks.

    Have been wearing Birkenstock Bostons for more than 30 years, and for most occasions, will continue to do so. I came across these Anthony Veer’s and automatically loved them. A few days later, DSW had a 25% off sale, and I had a couple of $5 and $10 coupons, ended up buying these for $125. IRL they’re even more beautiful; the leather is soft, and such a rich brown. The back strap is easy to put on and remove without having to unbuckle. Then there’s the buckles themselves, smooth and deep gold color, almost brass-like. They’re comfortable too, a little early to see if the footbeds will mold the way Birks do, but time will tell. I’m looking forward to the fall when I can start wearing these with corduroys and wool pants. Take a look at these, you’ll be grateful you did.
