Love The Boots But Not Buying Used

I ordered the black pair online I already had the brown and LOVE them however when they arrived and I opened the box they are used boots! They were covered in dog hair and lint! I give the boots 5 stars but DSW you need to do better. $100 for used boots is ridiculous!

These boots are so pretty.I was excited to wear them. Unfortunately I Like other reviewers I had a problem with the width. I bought them in medium width and a second pair in wide width. Th medium width was too narrow for my foot but looked great on my leg. Th wide width fit my foot but were hugely gapping on my leg. I even took them to a cobbler to see if he could make the leg part narrower but it wasn't possible. Sadly I returned them.

I love these boots so much . I wore them all night on Christmas Eve and they were like wearing comfy slippers . My feet didn’t hurt at all . I got them in both colors .

These are very nice. Rich, darker brown color. They fit my calf well.. no gaps and not too tight. Sleek looking.
Heel height is perfect too. Comfortable boots that can be dressed up or down.
