I understand that sale items—especially shoes—can sometimes be older stock or customer returns. I purchased this pair online and genuinely like them, so I plan to keep them. However, I do wish DSW would either clean returned or previously worn shoes more thoroughly, before mailing out or offer a deeper discount to reflect their condition. That’s the reason for the three stars.
