These shoes have been worn

Just received these and they have clearly been worn. The soles are dirty and there is a stain on the raffia. What is up with this pair of shoes being sent out like this?? I can’t believe it has happened to more than one person. Poor form DSW. And now it’s on me to have to return them.

This loafer is well made, comfortable and cute! It came quickly in mail and put right on n for an errand. I really like the ease of slipping it on and going.

Arrived in disgusting condition

These shoes arrived dirty with large brown scuffs all along the white edges and bottom. The raffia on the outside was frayed. The inside was dirty and worn with half a discount sticker ripped off. Strands of someone's long hair was in the box. Gross. I contacted customer service and although they are sending me a new pair, they are requiring me to take time out of my day to send back these gross, unsellable shoes - which is not only environmentally unsound but absurd - you don't trust me that the shoes YOU sent me are disgusting? Now I get to package these up, waste ink to print a label, drive to the store, stand in line, all to send back a pair of dirty $40 shoes to this greedy company that doesn't respect its customers. This company needs to up their game.

The shoes are cute and everything but they sent me use shoes “twice”and they were also dirty and the packing is terrible no paper inside the box,the box all damaged, over all the presentation was terrible and the product not good

Stylish, Comfy, and Unique

Another find on my outing "just to look." Once again, SO glad I didn't walk away from these shoes either! Just wore them for the first time yesterday and LOVED them! A nice change from a plain shoe. Love the Raffia upper, weave and color, and the tasteful bling. Classy and Fun Casual.
