Nice but defective

They are nice shoes but after using them half day the left side started squicking. I can't return them cause I already got rid of the box. Don know if it is just this pair that is defective or if this style is normal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Dr. Scholl’s Women’s Hello Loafer in the leopard print fabric. These shoes are not only incredibly comfortable, but they also add a fun, stylish touch to any outfit. I’ve worn them all day long and my feet don’t hurt at all by the end. They did squeak a little bit when I first started wearing them, but after breaking them in, that completely went away. Now they’re one of my favorite go-to pairs for both work and casual outings. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Dr. Scholl’s penny loafers are cute and functional. They have a comfortable footbed with arch support and they also have a little extra padding at the back of the heel to help prevent rubbing. The materials don’t feel premium - it’s a fabric upper and a rubber bottom with a faux-wood “stacked heel” that’s just a pattern printed onto the rubber. In terms of fit, they definitely run a bit small - I normally wear a US size 7.5 but the measurements for this shoe suggested I would want an 8, which is what I ordered, and they fit just right.
