Stylish and good for thin ankles

Bought these for a work trip and they fit perfect. I have very thin ankles and these weren’t too lose. They’re very classy and comfortable. I was able to wear them all day two days in a row without issue. They fit true to size with socks on. Also, the grip is better than most boots

For this price point I expected better quality. My second day wearing them, the heel popped out.

Great but damaged

I returned these a month ago because I wanted to wait for a sale. Find them on sale so ordered for pick-up. Love them but I received them nipped and a bit worn (crease in leather). I was in a rush so hadn’t checked them thoroughly. They may have been a pair shoppers often tried on.

Purchased the burgundy color in the store. I sized down one half size, which is unusual for me. I was fortunate to be in person, since the first pair had some slight manufacturing defects, but the pair I found were pretty perfect. I’m going to order in black- perfect heel size

Color And Size Off

Loved the boot. However, I could not find a pair that fit both of my feet! The right was consistently smaller. In all other shoes I never have this happen. Also, the color was never a match in each pair I tried. I was trying the brown suede.

Quality Control

These are actually really comfortable. Even though the toe is pointy, the low heel makes them easy to wear. My issue is that each boot is a different shade of brown. So I will be returning.

Returned due to shipping error

Paid for 2 day shipping and it took 6 days to arrive so I am returning the boots as I needed them for an event that already happened. Customer service appears to have been coming from overseas as I called to advise there was an issue and they kept assuring me they were on their way for a delivery on time...I shouldn't have to explain to customer service that shoes do not go Ohio - Florida - NY, and that it is impossible for the shoes to be delivered same day in NY when they are in Orlando. Lesson is don't rely on expedited shipping, hit or miss if they will turn up in time.
