    My 8 y/o daughter loves them. Took them to hike Mt. Hoffman in Yosemite National Park and she had no blisters and the grip is great for the trails. Great hiking shoe for kids. Highly recommend for kids who play a lot outdoors.

    I prefer my son to wear sneakers with a good traction as he can wear down the soles like slick tires. These are already lasting so much longer than the Xplrs. Will order more as backups!
