I use these for my strength training class and the wide sole offers good stability. Has good room in the front for the toes. Might run a bit big, maybe half size down if you have a narrow foot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these for my wife as she has gotten into strength training in the 8 months and her running shoes were no longer appropriate as she has started to lift heavier. She was aware of how much I've absolutely loved my own Dropset Control shoes--and how they've provided the necessary stability and support for strength training--that she asked me to order her a pair. She normally wears a size 6.5, but they ran slightly small. We had to exchange to a size 6. However, there were no issues whatsoever with Adidas; the process was easy and painless. She's been using these shoes for 2 months now and she's very happy with them.

Bought these for the wife for Mother’s Day and so we can continue to do our workout routine. With more comfortable shoes for her.

I love how flat and low the sole is, while also being cushioned. I use these for weightlifting and for an elliptical, and they've helped my form while using it already. They're unique and exactly what I was looking for.

Good shoe. Breathable, wide, and stable. Probably get another pair in another color
