These are the most comfortable cleats I've found in years! I use them for ultimate frisbee with a lot of change of direction. The first 5 minutes of wearing them it felt like my foot was maybe sliding over the sole with lateral change of direction, but after 5 minutes of getting used to them I didn't have anymore issues. They're not too loose, they're not too tight, feels like I'm wearing really comfortable socks with a good firm base. Historically I've been a women's size 8, my feet may have grown a little recently because I've been having a lot of trouble finding cleats that fit right in other brands/models, but I went with the womens 8.5/mens 8.0 and it was perfect.
