Cute but sizing is so off

Cute! These are good quality and have a great design with a medium shaft and nice toe that is slim but not pointy. The sizing however is very off, runs large. I am usually a 6.5 or 7, in this boot I'd ideally want a 5.5, even the 6 is a bit large. The 6.5 felt like an 8 or 8.5!

Run A 1/2 Size Big

I read reviews prior to ordering that stayed these boots ran big- they run about .5 size big however I absolutely love them! So comfy, very soft leather & perfect heel height. Normally an 8.5-9 and 8 fit me perfectly

The boots seem like good quality and are very comfortable, however I ordered 3 different pairs and every one of them arrived with scuffs on them which is disappointing.

Beautiful boot, horrible customer service received

First off, I'd like to make it known that these boots are gorgeous and very comfortable and true to size. My poor review is based on the quality of product I was sent and then the poor customer service I received after. I ordered these last week and was able to use a 20% discount code on the website. When I received these boots they were not the original box, they were in a makeshift box that was fallen apart and there were huge scuff marks all over both boots. I contacted support with photos of the boots I received and wanted to exchange them for my size but they were currently sold out of my size. She told me my only options were to return for a full refund. I asked if they would give a $25 damage discount and I would keep them and they said they would give me $10 off. I then asked since I was able to use a discount code, would they honor the code if I return the boots and wait to purchase again when they come back in stock and they told me 'no.' By returning for a full refund and then waiting again for my size I lose out on the discount I snagged at the time. I also asked if it is a boot that will be stocked again and she said I would have to check back with the website. Literally, no assistance or support with the requests I asked. All I wanted was to get a non damaged boot in my size for the price I was able to get at the time but now it has become a huge hassle. Pretty disappointing since I just bought my husband 3 pairs of shoes recently from here.

I looked for Chelsea boots for quite a while. Many of them were too clunky for me. These boots are classy and sleek. On top of that they are super comfortable! I would recommend them highly.
