Run Extremely Small And Narrow

These run extremely small and are very narrow. I’d size up a whole size, but they do not have that size. They are beautiful however. If you’re looking for a boot with the Coach logo there is none on the boot, just inside.

I love the look of the boot, looks great on. Can't wear to much because very uncomfortable, hoping in time they will loosen up and become that pair of boots that I can't live with out. They run very small at least a 1/2 size small.

Lovely looking boot at a glance but it runs short and narrow. The leather quality at this price point is disappointing and FYI Boot is made in Tunisia NOT Italy as stated. Perhaps that's the problem with size and quality? It's headed back to DSW.

Ordered these boots and received them with scuff marks on the bottoms and the sides of the shoes. They were worn and it’s completely noticeable. I will be returning these.

Beautiful but Inconsistent Sizing

I ordered an 8 and an 8.5 in Chocolate. The boot quality is what I expected from Coach…beautiful leather, a little stiff but would break in quickly. They’re conservative and dressy. The heel in person seems a little shorter than it appears in the picture. I was planning to wear these to work with dress pants or with skirts, so just with thin socks or tights/nylons. The 8.5 fit exactly as I thought it would…doable but a little too big (I’m a true 8). Wearing a big thick sock to fill up the extra space didn’t really match with the type of outfit I wanted to wear them with, and once they start stretching they’d be way too loose. BUT THE 8 felt like a 7 or a 6.5!!! It was SOOOOOOO tight! I could barely squeeze my feet in and after 10 minutes it felt like my blood circulation was cutting off. No “breaking in” would stretch those 8s to the right size. I even ordered a second pair of 8s in case I had just gotten a weird factory mistake. Nope, exactly the same, so small!!
So if you’re a true 8.5, get them in 8.5. And if you’re a 7/7.5, order an 8 to try along with your 7s. They’re a great deal for a beautiful boot if you can just find one that fits. Bummed I couldn’t.
