Shoe has a very small arch support. I agree with another reviewer that said ' inability to adjust the straps, the cheapness of the straps, the wonky, unstable fit...' But I was in immediate need of a 'low black pump'. Wearing for the first 1/2 hour or so - it was unstable, until I stopped trying to fight it and allowed them to flop, with the cheap straps that DID NOT BREAK. I have a Morton's Neuroma in one foot so bad that sometimes a sock sets it off with no shoe, and I can count on needing to take any shoe off within a couple hours or less. These little cloth ladies, that had no stretch except from the cheap elastic in the strap, allowed me to jump up and down to a rocking band for over an hour on concrete and then walk 4 miles. So for me a 5 for comfort, and 3 for appearance of bad straps

Where do I begin? The inability to adjust the straps, the cheapness of the straps, the wonky, unstable fit, and the pain. No redeeming qualities. I had this brand several times in years past, but wow, the quality is subpar.

Overall the shoe is exactly what I order. I’m glad I order a wide fit because the material is stiff it’s non stretchy fabric and you definitely need more room. I’m not sure it’s a comfy fit but it’s perfect for office attire or dinner attire.
