Fabulous Flats
I love these flats and have them In multiple colors. They are well made - my oldest pair is 3 years old and they still look great. They run a little wider and I have a narrow heel so I usually go with a size smaller and since they are leather they give enough to make the perfect fit.

Excellent basic flat! Classic and comfortable.
I already had this shoe in brown and definitely knew I wanted it in black, too. The style is perfect for pants, skirts and shorts, too. Classic!!

Comfy, but squeak worse with time
These are cute and comfortable, but started to squeak when walking -- and it's just increasing over time. I've been wearing these to work a couple of times a week, but they're now unwearable and embarrassing because the right shoe squeaks so badly.

Very comfortable
This shoe was very comfortable, but the color (navy blue) was so dark and appeared black. When I put it up to a navy blue skirt, it clearly clashed. So, I returned them, but wish that the color had been lighter.

So Happy to find a Chocolate Brown Flat, BUT......
...The sizing of these is weird. I wear a 7.5 or 8 in every shoe I own. Other reviewers said they fit true to size, so I thought I'd be safe ordering a pair in each size, planning to return whichever was too small (or big.) Strangely, BOTH the 8 AND the 7.5 were too big, flopping off my feet! Checked inside the shoes for the size, just in case the boxes were perhaps mislabeled, but that wasn't the case. Not sure I wanna take a chance on ordering a size 7. BEWARE, these RUN LARGE! (At least the two pair that I received.)

Color/quality Not As Expected
The color pictured appears to be a cognac leather that seems a high quality. Shoe is actually a much darker leather that looks cheaper. It is soft and the shoe fits as expected but overall looks cheap. Will be returning.

Gel heel pads don't help
I bought these in May 2022. I've only been able to wear them a few times because they hurt the back of my heels. It's almost a year later, and I can't justify continuing to keep them, thinking some day maybe they'll stop hurting. They felt fine when I first tried them on in-store, but that's one thing. Wearing them in real life is another thing. I wore them the first time to work (office job). I don't think the problem arose until maybe wearing them a second time. The shoe irritated the back of my heels. Thinking I could fix this, I bought gel inserts that stick to the inside of the back of the shoes. This didn't help. The gel-padded back of the shoe rubbed against the back of my heels, and it hurt. I'm guessing the sole of the shoe may be too stiff, but this doesn't seem to be the issue for a lot of other people, according to the reviews. Maybe it's my feet. No matter the case, this was money down the drain on a nice looking shoe.
