Vionic Riviera Wedge Sandal

I was so excited to receive these shoes. I used to have the bionic shoes that looked like Birkenstocks, but bionics fit so much better! I have worn them down to nothing. I was excited to get a new sandal so I bought four pair. I do not have a high end step but these shoes covered so much of my feet that my feet got hot and the foot bed was sticky. But the worst part was after walking in them around the house for a while. The in step part of my foot started to hurt and itch and ache. It’s because even with the strap loose enough, it still comes up and rubs against the top of your foot. I was so incredibly bummed out!

I AM HAVING A HARD TIME WEARING THESE SANDALS, FIRST I JUST THOUGHT I STILL NEEDED MORE BREAK-IN TIME. BUT MONTHS LATER THESE JUST ARE SLIPPERY TO WEAR, EVEN WITH SOCKS. I HATE RETURNING SO I'LL JUST KEEP TRYING TO WEAR. NEXT I AM CALLING 800# TO SEE IF THEY HAVE ANY TIPS.

As with all of my Vionic shoes/sandals, I love this sandal, especially the adjustable straps because my feet swell

I gave this shoe a 4 star rating because I have not worn them yet, just tried on. They are a true 9-1/2, as I recently have found Vionic sizing to be a little off. I am looking forward to wearing this and am going to enjoy the adjustable straps.

I love these casual shoes. I just had a foot fusion in December. I just finished physical therapy but still need good support. With 2 staples, 9 screws, and a plate in my foot, I wasn't sure if I would ever find comfortable shoes. These are a winner!!

These sandals have excellent arch support and the straps are adjustable for a perfect fit! Great shoe!

Got this pair first. Liked them so much I got the black ones too. Comfy and supportive. I love the barefoot feel.

These are my sixth pair of Vionic sandals, and I also have 3 pairs of Gracie slippers, which you unfortunately don't make anymore; so I am clearly a Vionic fan. These Riviera sandals fit well using the adjustable straps, and are mostly comfortable except that they are a little bit heavy. Also, after wearing them a couple of times, the gold "Vionic" lettering on the foot bed has complete peeled off on one shoe. I'm guessing that's because the foot bed is smooth plastic rather than the suede (or less smooth plastic?) material that all my others have. But they have the usual great Vionic arch support and I love the color, so I am enjoying them.
