Inner fabric disintegrating

I have five pairs of these ballerina Flats three out of the five the inner heel fabric is disintegrating. First the fabric starts the pill then it falls apart. According to the company I need to send them all back for review. I use these shoes for work because I have plantar fasciitis, it's ridiculous that I have to send them back and it'll take 4 to 6 weeks for them to get back to me.
No, I do not recommend this product.

These shoes look so pretty on. They are comfortable and have great arch support, but the insole is a bit hard and stiff. I am hoping that they soften up.

Great flat for wearing 3-4 hours but after that, it cut into my large toe area and left a mark. I’m assuming this will get better after breaking the shoe in.

They Don't Fit

I ordered these in size 11 because the last time I ordered a 10, the shoes were too tight. These are way too big and I got them on sale so I couldn't exchange them. Now I'm stuck with them and can't wear them. Y'all really need to make more shoes in size 10.5.
