Very uncomfortable

To me, the shoe is very uncomfortable. The straps were rubbing against my ankle and feet and I knew I would be in pain if I wore them any longer. I stood in my room and briefly walked around, and I didn't want to walk in them any longer.
I get nervous about ordering shoes online because I never know how they will feel. I read the reviews on this shoe and decided to take the risk, but I was fairly disappointed which is why I am writing this review, hoping to help someone else before they make their purchase.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought the tan. They’re very comfortable and pretty on the foot. They’re very soft and cushioned; a surprise for synthetic shoe.

Was Unable to Purchase

I tried to order this multiple times in walnut brown to just receive attempted delivery messages from Amazon service apparently being used for delivery. I never had any issues with Amazon delivery except with DSW. I then asked to ship them to the store instead for pickup and specifically had asked to send me a new pair, because the two pairs I saw in the store prior were scratched up. I got ordered delivery notification and went to pick up to discover it’s the same two scratched up pairs I had already seen in that store before. Very disappointing experience.
