Love The Look!
I love the look of these shoes! The brown suede with the gold accent is a nice touch. They can be worn with pants, skirts or dresses. The block heel also makes them easy to walk in.

Disappointed - Poor Quality/Poor Customer Service
Extremely Disappointed — Poor Quality and Even Worse Customer Service I initially loved these shoes so much that I purchased two pairs in different colors. Unfortunately, my experience quickly went from excitement to complete disappointment. The brown pair has a fabric-wrapped heel that ripped after only TWO wears. That is completely unacceptable for a shoe that I purchased expecting reasonable quality and durability. I took the shoes back to the DSW location in Waldorf, Maryland, hoping that a store manager would recognize that this was clearly a product-quality issue and exercise some discretion to exchange them. Instead, the manager(s) declined to do anything to help. No meaningful effort was made to resolve the issue or retain me as a customer. I am 100% certain that store management has some discretion when dealing with situations like this. What was especially disappointing was that they chose to exercise zero discretion and zero customer service. Sometimes the cost of replacing a defective item is insignificant compared with the cost of losing a customer—and potentially everyone that customer tells about the experience. I even contacted DSW’s online customer service afterward. They told me they would have been willing to take care of the issue if the shoes had originally been purchased online. They offered me $10 toward another purchase, which I declined. Why would I spend more money with a company after this experience? At this point, I will not be purchasing any more shoes from DSW. A shoe falling apart after two wears is disappointing. A company refusing to stand behind the product and a store refusing to make any effort to help is even more disappointing. DSW had an opportunity to turn a frustrated customer into a loyal one. Instead, the Waldorf location chose to do nothing—and they lost my business. Buyer beware: inspect your shoes carefully, because apparently two wears is all it may take for the quality to become a problem, and don’t expect much assistance from the Waldorf store when it does.

Straps Cut into skin
Cuts into skin at the back. Extremely uncomfortable after half hour. Unbearable in numerous areas.

Very comfortable

Cute but uncomfortable
The two stars is for looks and comfortability of the soles. They are the perfect height for a wedding or formal event. HOWEVER the seam on the inside of the toe strap is so irritating and has cut the tops of my toes every time I’ve worn these. I’ve never had a shoe do this.

Neutral sandals yet cute
These are super cute, comfy, good quality. The camel color is very neutral and matches basically with anything. Also, they are leather material, so they will last since with a cleaner is just a touch to make them look new again. I would recommend them to buy with confidence since they are a great deal. They fit true to size!

Looks great, fits well
Vince Camuto for the win!! These are very cute and comfortable. They give me a little height without killing my feet! It's just enough of a heel, not too much. I purchased the wide size and they fit perfectly. I haven't worn them out yet, I only tried them on, so I'm not sure how they'd feel after a whole day.

Comfy and look pricy
I bought black leather sandals. They are extremely comfortable and look expensive. The block heel doesn't make them heavy. I wish the leather would be not only on top, but also lining.

Very uncomfortable
To me, the shoe is very uncomfortable. The straps were rubbing against my ankle and feet and I knew I would be in pain if I wore them any longer. I stood in my room and briefly walked around, and I didn't want to walk in them any longer. I get nervous about ordering shoes online because I never know how they will feel. I read the reviews on this shoe and decided to take the risk, but I was fairly disappointed which is why I am writing this review, hoping to help someone else before they make their purchase.
