Little black clutch
Love this little clutch. Big enough for a phone with a case, a couple small cosmetics, a car key fob, some cards and some cash. Love that chain is not super long. I think it’s more so to be like a shoulder strap. But I’m petite and can wear it as a shoulder strap or a crossbody if necessary. I hate when a strap is too long on a bag. The chain is also more of a rose gold color than gold. The quilted leather is good quality. It is slightly butter soft but not too soft.

Used Item And Worse Customer Service
I have usually bought items from DSW but this Hass to be the worst item that I purchased. I was so happy to have gotten the Versace clutch on Sale, but the quality was terrible. The bag was used. It didn’t come with a dust bag. The front of scratch which indicated was used inside seam used and the bag was also missing the goal clutch chain. To make matters when I contacted Customer Service I was told that I could do an exchange and get a new bag which made me happy but then I was later told that I would have to return the bag with no exchange, and then the money would be returned to me, which would mean that I would lose all of the credits as well as discounted. I had to actually purchase the bag. This has been a complete failure and has definitely depleted my belief in this company.
