Horrible Delivery

Shoe box looked like it was opened and just thrown back in. The shoes rubbed against each other and black smeared on the rubber part . This was a gift and just poor presentation overall

Unsatisfied Customer, Store Inexcusable behavior

I just spent lots of money on shoes for a gift, when it was shipped without a box and I was denied a box when calling my local store. This makes me unable to wrap the gift, let alone the damage that could've occurred from being shipped out without a box, in an unprotected bag. Very disappointing. Women on the phone from the galleria location was very rude and hung up the phone. I am very unsatisfied and will not be purchasing from here again after being a decade old customer.
No, I do not recommend this product.
