Did A Rat Nibble At My Shoe that I just Received.

The shoe looks fine besides that it has a flaw. I have two shoes that I received today, and I have to return them. This is not what is to be expected from DSW. The first two I received were nearly flawless. The sole of the shoe has two holes looking like a rat nibbled at it.
