I ordered online it showed they had shipped but when I kept checking the status it showed FedEx hadn’t picked up the package. Finally after 2 weeks of it never being picked up I contacted customer service for a refund!

My son loves his new shoes. They look great with the regular shoestring design, but the quick on and off of the velcro strap. They're cute, go with everything, and he says the make him run faster :-)
