It’s been close to a month and the boots have not arrived. When I called customer service my only option was to speak to a bot. This use to be my favorite place to purchase shoes. Purchase with caution.

Great
I wore these all winter and found them both comfortable and warm. They handled a long north east winter really well and were convenient to slip on and head outside.

Big and Bulky
I wanted to love these Ugg boots as they were a little different with the thick sole but it made me feel and look like I was wearing Santas boots! The fur was definitely more coarse than on my previous pairs of Uggs and didn't feel as thick inside so I was disappointed overall and unfortunately returned them.

Cute but dangerous
Cute. However i often wear thin stockings or no socks with my uggs because they are super warm. However, this style rubbed an abrasion on both ankles gotta wear thick socks with these. Because where the sherling overlaps theres alot of friction…They are not made as well as the older styles.

Alina Ugg bootie
I really wanted to like this booty because the tap was leather like and not suede so it would fair better in inclement weather. Unfortunately, I could not have my Foot make the turn to get into the shoe and there is no zipper on the side.

Cute And warm
Super cute, resembling regular platform boots with wide leg pants. A bit difficult to get on at first but still love them. I sized down 1/2 size for a perfect fit.

Do not buy if high arches
Very narrow entrance, could not get my foot in. If you have wide feet, or high arches, these won’t work the space to get your foot into the shoe is narrow

Love them
They are so comfy and warm. I got a lot of compliments. For reference I am a true size 6, but I always get a 6.5 because I have no room in a 6. I got these in a 6 and they are snug, but I know with constant wear, they will get looser.

Do not buy
I can’t even get my foot in it. All My UGGS are an 8, so I got an 8 in both colors. They are both very hard to get my foot in. Even with this socks. Definitely returning

Nice Bootie
I bought this bootie recently and I'm still trying to break them in because they are very difficult to get my foot in and I have a narrow foot. Once I did they are the correct size. If you wear a half size go down to the next full size not up or they will be way too large. I hope they get easier to get on after I wear them for a while because I really like them.

Low quality and not consistent sizing
Received two pairs of these. I wanted to love them. The black pair was really wide. The brown pair was tighter and the right bootie was really tight. It was hard to get my foot in. Plus the Sherpa is now really low quality. What is going on on with Ugg? They used to be very high quality. Sadly, these will be going back to the store.
