The shoe runs a size small. We had to exchange this shoe and get a size bigger. The bigger size is comfy and fits perfect.

This product runs a size bigger. We had to make an exchange. DSW makes it easy to,do,exchanges. My husband loves the slippers and says they are so comfortable.
