Unbelievable! I received my order 5 mins ago. Opened them and the first red flag was a beat up shoebox with no lid. The right shoe has obvious sign of wear and both have scuff marks at the back of the shoe. The cost of these shoes is more than $100. Are you kidding me?! Where is the quality control. They are going back this weekend!

I ordered the burgundy Kimber pump and received a red patent leather pair. I don’t like red and am disappointed DSW shipped the wrong shoe. The lack of attention to detail is not appreciated since I’m paying for the shoes. This is the second pair of another where I was shipped used shoes when I paid full price for the shoes. The shoes are comfortable, run small, however not the color I ordered. They will be returned

I ordered 7.0 M size. I have 9.25 inches foots I think 7.5 will give me more rooms on the toes, but it soft leather and will be stretch. I am going to return because a right shoe is M (feet good), but a left shoe is wider (W).

These shoes were so comfortable and pretty - I wanted to love them, but they stretched out so much after wearing twice that I had to return them. I had bought 2 pairs and returned both. Also bought another style from Trotters and after wearing on a plane ride and walking through the airport, I had to stop and get my slides out of my luggage because they were literally falling off my feel. I could not even walk in them!
