Horrible!!!

It took awhile to get these shoes.I knew something was up when the box they arrived in was a DSW box and not a brand name box. These shoes were actually used!! One shoe had a scuffed up vamp and the other actually had a crease from use . Why DSW took these shoes back is beyond comprehension to me. Then sold them as new!!!! Customers deserve better than this. Very disappointed in DSW. These will be returned. If DSW is going to take back worn shoes, they need to donate them to charity not resell them!

Nice Shoe!

Beautiful shoe. I ordered the pewter which had a really nice look to it, not too shiny like other metallic shoes. I was so excited for them to arrive but they were too small. I usually wear a 7.5 but it was too tight and they didn't have an 8. Very disappointed.

Shoe doesn't look like the picture

I ordered these in Navy which includes a tan/brown tie detail across the front and a tan/brown trim along the side. I received plain navy blue loafers. Not sure what happened but definitely does not look like the advertised picture. Going back.
