Doesn’t fit as expected

I purchased based on the size chart but the heel slips so badly on my foot I cannot keep them on my feet.

The fit is not a normal size, I use 8.5 wide, and I order the same measurement, but the shoe its like a 9 , too big !!! be sure to order half size less!

Wide In Back Of Heel

I went 2 sizes down to see if I could make these work. Super comfortable very cute shoe goes with everything. Had to return as heel kept slipping out.

A Little Big For Smaller Ankled People

These shoes are comfortable. The sole is comfy. My pinkie toe hurts when I wear it but that’s all shoes. However, if you have smaller ankles, these are a bit too big. My heel constantly slips out of these shoes, and not even tongue pads can fix it. I wear a 7.5 usually. I’m gonna try a size 7 and see how it is.

I normally wear a 6.5-7, had to go with the 6.5 since my heel was slipping out with the 7. It’s so soft and cushiony on the inside, a little tight at first but will most likely loosen after a few wears.
