I was looking for a clear folding umbrella. I really wanted to like this, but I was disappointed in the appearance of the umbrella. Maybe I received one that was used and returned? There was a powdery film on the plastic, and the wrinkles hindered the clarity of the umbrella. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

I bought this umbrella with money given to me for my birthday. Of course it rained on my birthday. I was so happy to have it. It's strong and sturdy and kept me dry when I went out to dinner.

I've been wanting a clear umbrella ever since traveling to Japan a few months ago and seeing so many people using them. I want to be able to see my surroundings even on rainy days. It's a bit heavier than I would have liked for traveling but that means it should be sturdier than my more compact umbrellas.
