Beware

Be aware that when you order a pair of shoes from DSW, you’re not always going to get a new pair and they don’t tell you that. I’ve purchased from DSW for many years & until this year, I’ve never had any issues. This is the second time this year that I have received a pair of shoes that have been worn and returned to DSW. I received them directly from the returns department and the box was all ripped and the shoes were dirty, clearly worn. The first pair of shoes I received I called customer service and they sent me out a new pair. This pair all of my size is gone. They need to discount the cost and make the buyer aware that they will be receiving returned worn shoes. The sandal itself is cute and comfortable.

Soo Comfy
