Loved these straight out of the box, very comfortable and stylish. Unfortunately, they didn’t last very long. The entire lug sole completely came unglued. Such a shame because I really loved these shoes until they let me down.

I ended up throwing these out because of the loud "farting" sound they made with every step. I tried wearing them over and over thinking that they would loosen up and stop the noise, but they did not. Don't waste your money.

These are so cute and comfortable. They do run narrow and a tad small. I have a narrow foot and the width was good but ordered my normal 7.5 and it was a tad small in the length. My toes hit the end of the shoe. I sized up to an 8 and it was much better.

These are way narrow, short and narrow. NOT true too size, as i've ordered other TOMS in my true size. Disappointing to have to go through exchanges to find the right size.

I bought these knowing they ran narrow and would need to stretch a little before I could wear them out. That's true — they felt impossibly narrow the first few times I wore them, like they would cut off my circulation. It took about a week of slowly breaking them in short bursts to be able to wear them to work. The good news is that they're REALLY comfortable now — great support, extremely cute, not too sweaty (I can't wear them with socks, so this is super useful). The black suede does look a little dull now; I'm sure that could be fixed with some cleaning or something. What's most disappointing, and which took these from four stars to three for me, is that the insole peeled up within a few weeks. I'd seen other reviews cautioning that the heel was prone to coming off, but that seems solid so far. It feels like much too cheap of a problem to pay what I did for these. They're nice to walk around an office in, but I was hoping for something better made. I've since picked up a pair of Bass Weejuns and hope they'll live up to their reputation.
