What happened to the hooks?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing timberland pros for 15 years. Unfortunately it's time to change. I don't know whose brilliant idea it was to turn the last 2 hooks at the top into actual shoe lace holes. But this was an absolutely terrible idea

Forever boot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying these boots and other styles for my husband for years. He wears a 14w shoe which is so hard to find. I used to go to the Timberland factory store when I lived by one, but I've moved and it's too far to drive to. This Xmas I ordered online and it was easy to do and the boots arrived in the time frame that I was told. The quality and the price are great!

Not at all what they used to be

I've bought these for over 15 years because they were the most comfortable and long lasting. Not anymore, they have completely changed/cheapened them. They do not fit well and my feet are aching halfway into the day.

Torn collar after 8 months normal wear

Today is 1/16/26, purchased 02/2025, not worn in summer, so lasted 8 months. Aside from normal wear and tear, stitching around collar failed. Submitted warranty claim, will see what, if anything happens.
