Cute - Arrived Damaged
Yes — for a DSW website product review, I’d make it a little more concise and focused on the shoe itself, while keeping your disappointment and the fact that you hope it was just a defective pair. Adorable, but defective I absolutely loved the design of these shoes and was so excited to wear them right away. Unfortunately, the lace-look toe piece had become disconnected at both the top and bottom corners where it was attached, so I couldn’t wear them. I was especially disappointed because they would have gone perfectly with my outfit the next day! I’m hoping this was just an issue with this particular pair and that I’ll be able to exchange them for a new pair. They really are adorable! This feels right for a DSW review: positive about the style, clear about the quality issue, and fair rather than overly negative.
