Great style which I was looking for for a while. So glad when I found them. Love the light brown color, the style which works great with skinny jeans, jacket and a cowgirl hat. They work excellent also with dresses or skirts and jeans jacket. True to size and very comfortable for me. I got LOTS of compliments wearing them.

The light camel color is beautiful and trendy! They're super cute. But I have a narrow calf and there's several inches between the circumference of the shaft and my calf. Also, I was disappointed in the comfort. There's really no cushion or comfortable features in the sole of the boot.

Boots purchased from store sale rack. Original price $199.00. Unable to walk naturally...sole of boot has no flex/bend. It felt like I was in a Moon Boot with a weighted bottom. Man made sole material is horrible. Received push back at local store they would not accept return. Personally feel this boot is defective and requestion a conversation with a store manager to accept return under the defective policy. This boot should be marked "RTV" Returned to Vendor!

This is the second time I’ve purchased the Steve Madden Rigg Boots from DSW, and both times the shoes arrived clearly used. The first pair was badly scratched, missing the protective bags, and had no stuffing inside the boots. Now, once again, I’ve received another pair in the same disappointing condition. These are $215 boots with tax, yet they’ve been handled and shipped like bargain-bin shoes. I was really excited to finally wear them, but DSW’s quality control and packaging make it feel like they don’t value their customers or the products they sell. Extremely disappointing experience.

Boots were shipped to me in a shoebox missing the lid inside a bag, so they were loose. Sending back as they are damaged and not wide calf as advertised.

I always get boots a half size up and I still can’t get them on. I am not a wide fit for any other shoes and I could not get these on. They are cute but now I need a new fit.
