The shoe it self is a good shoe. Nice lugs, leather and laces… but whoever packed them in the box to ship.. packed 2 different shades/colors of the shoe. Very obvious that they were cut from different pieces .other than the color issue, it looks like a great shoe. Waiting for replacement.

The shoes looked great until we pulled the second one out. The shoes were 2 different shades. The toe box was a bit tight but I think in time it would stretch out.

I bought this shoe one week ago and I am so disappointed. The shoe appears more black than brown. The quality of the shoe makes it appear that it's about to strip. Then, the fit is uncomfortable. It's the first item that I have bought online that I will have to return. The purchase of this shoe feels like a rip-off!

I ordered brown and the shipping slip said brown, yet these appeared black. Then I really didn’t think the quality was there.

They are a beautiful looking shoe. I love the dark brown/mahogany color. They look very stylish, the leather upper is great and the sole is sturdy. I have received numerous compliments; friends and colleagues think that the shoes are far more expensive than what I paid. The only caveat, they run a bit small so you need a half size larger or need to wear a very light sock. Otherwise they are a wonderful addition to my footwear.

I purchased these for my son. He loves them. He has a long, narrow size 13 foot. They fit perfectly. Can be dressed up or down.

I ordered dark brown shoe. I was sent the right size and width. They are nice Steve Madsen. There is a big difference between black/dark brown. I'm VIP. I would've been happy with a notice: COLOR NOT AVAILABLE. I would've be happy with a message telling me this and get my $ back. Don't have time for waiting on an exchange via mail. No store has the shoe.
