Beautiful

The style is beautiful and different. It’s a little stiff and very small. I wear size 7. 5 and I had to exchange for a size 8. 5. The zipper gets stuck which is a bit annoying. Is a little bit tight on the ankle area. I loved because the style is amazing. It just should be more comfortable, light weight and if they working on those adjustments I mentioned, that boot s will me rated as prefect!

Poor quality broken zipper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shoes fit perfectly fine and should have zipped up with no issues, but the zippers are very poor quality. Very hard to zip up and once I did, one of them immediately busted.

Faulty Zippers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are so cute, but the zipper is cheap and will start to split as you wear it rendering them unwearable. I’ve now experienced this issue with two separate pairs of this style and Steve Madden will not offer any resolution.

Hoping for the best

I’m not sure if it was just the pair I received, but after only one day of wear, the outer leather started cracking and peeling, leaving flakes behind. The ankle area is a little stiff, but not uncomfortably so. I also have these in the brown suede and they’ve been much better so far. A replacement pair is on the way, and I’m hoping it doesn’t have the same issue.

Poor zipper quality

Zippers on my shoes fell apart after a handful of wears. I’ll be paying up for shoes like this going forward!
