Terrible

I bought these for my daughter 2 months ago, they were used very lightly and they aren't wearable anymore. There is a hole in the front and the insoles are totally torn to pieces. I can't even just replace the inside insoles they are in such bad condition. I cannot believe DSW would allow such bad quality shoes at their store! If I can't trust their quality control than that is a serious problem moving forward. They're $60 shoes, for payless quality.
