Steve Madden Bermuda Sandal

I don't usually leave reviews, but I couldn't let my shopping experience at DSW today go unnoticed. I went online hoping to find a pair of sandals in my size that were available for in-store pickup. I was excited when the website showed they were in stock in Flowood Ms. Before making the drive, I called the store several times and finally got someone to answer. The associate told me the shoes were not in stock. I politely asked if she could check because the website showed they were available. As a customer service manager for a big-box retailer, I understand that online inventory isn't always accurate. Sometimes the item is there, and sometimes it isn't. However, taking a moment to check is what I consider excellent customer service. After being told, "No, the website is wrong," I almost gave up and considered not going to the event. Still, I was determined to find a comfortable pair of sandals that would support my feet, so I decided to go to the store anyway. That's when my experience completely changed. I was fortunate enough to run into an associate named Tamekia, who had helped me with another pair of shoes earlier that day. It looked like she was on her way home, but she still took the time to help me. I was in such a rush that I could barely explain which shoes I was looking for, yet somehow she knew exactly what I meant. She walked straight to the sandals I had been trying to describe. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what started as a frustrating experience into a great one. Employees like Tamekia are the reason customers come back. She provided exceptional customer service, and I truly appreciate her taking the time to help me. Thank you, Tamekia, for making my shopping experience a positive one. DSW is fortunate to have someone like you on the team!

This shoe is an elevated flip-flop. It could be worn with dressier outfits during the summer and looks so cute! Bought for my young adult daughter and I’m sure she’ll get lots of hair out of it. She did have to size down a half size.

such a cute shoe, looks dainty and chic on - in all Steve Madden shoes I tend to need .5 size smaller than usual and it was the same with these. I've worn them to weddings, but also just with a cute/casual brunch outfit. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for something super durable for a lot of walking - they're very comfortable, but the straps feel like they'd stretch or wear out quickly if I walked more than a few blocks in them regularly.

This is such an elegant sandal! I am a true 8, and I found these to fit very true to size. These elevate my summer outfits, and I love the pearl accent

These are similar to another pair I was eyeing but at half the price! These are comfortable, run true to size (wear a 6 and bought a 6!) and the footbed is soft with some padding. Very cute!

Runs a bit small so I would size up and the blue is darker in person.
