Size and strap not equal size

I bought a size 11 -which is my size-it way too big so I returned it ordered a 10. It fit but the shoe was not made the same size. The right was slighter bigger than the left -the strap was shorter on the left. I like the shoe -comfortable but disappointed with the finishing touches and not accurate sizing.

I bought these shoes for work. Extremely comfortable. I broke my leg and have leg pain occasionally and my leg never hurts when I wear them. I would recommend these to anyone on their feet for many hours.
