Cute but disappointed

I was so excited to find these at DSW because I knew return process would be simpler if needed than their site. They really are super comfy as far as the footbed. However the straps are all way too big. It was loose over the front of my foot and I could never get the strap on my heel tight. My heels literally slipped out when I tried walking around the house in them. The are just as cute in person but you need to have a wide foot to wear them.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Be careful of the sizing.

The footbed is extremely comfortable. BUT, the sizing is labeled incorrectly for these shoes. The 38/8 is actually a US7, the 39/7.5 has the length of a size US8 but is very narrow over the toes.

I ordered these yesterday and keeping fingers crossed they’ll be a good fit. I wear a size 10 and according to the size chart I should have ordered a size 40 which I did. Today, in reviewing another pair of sandals by this brand, size 40 shows to be the equivalent of size 8. I’ll be heartbroken if mine are too small as these would be perfect for my need.

Another Great Sandal From Spring Step!

Spring Step is quickly becoming my go to for cute and comfortable shoes. This sandal is a nice platform that looks great with pants and dresses. It has a comfortable footbed with built in arch support and is a soft leather that feels great to wear right out of the box. Bought in the Tan which is a good neutral that looked as pictured. Thinking about getting in another color!
