My Daughter loves but return policy makes no sense

I got these in a size 9 and found them to be big on me and could have gone with maybe an 8. The reason for not returning/exchanging is because when I got a pair of boots in the past (ordered online since they weren't in the store) and used all my coupons and discounts. When I returned them and asked how long before I would see said discounts on my account to use towards a different pair. The cashier said no it doesn't work that way. Once you use them that is it! I said 'But I'm not using them since I am returning". They still said no. So, since the boots were big I bought some fluffy insoles but instead gave them to my daughter since her feet were bigger than mine. She loves them! She said they are comfortable (and that says a lot since she is the Princess and the Pea). They are waterproof and keep her feet very warm in PA winter snow. I got mine on sale (69.99) and after all the coupons/discounts I paid only (approx.) $25. So you can see why I didn't want to return, I would never get a deal like that again!

I purchased these as a dressier looking boot for my upcoming trip to Switzerland, Germany & Amsterdam. They are very warm and comfortable. Very happy with my purchase. You can’t beat Sorel for quality & comfort!

I bought these to wear to the Taylor Swift concert at Gillette Stadium where nonstop torrential rain was forecasted. The forecast was accurate and these shoes were not only just as comfortable as my favorite sneakers, they kept my feet totally dry. My friends wore wellies. Water collected in their boots. They were miserable. I was the most comfortable. These boots are one of my best purchases ever!

I love these boots! I ordered them to wear on vacation in Europe when in the woods and a couple of caves / mines. I ended up wearing them pretty much everywhere! Super comfortable! I wore them for about an hour in my house before packing them to make sure they were going to be comfortable. To my surprise, they were comfortable right out of the box. Ordered them in the camel color - thinking of getting them in black also!

Look great but fit was off.

This boot was too tight at the ball of my feet and too loose at the heel. I also found the top back of the boot uncomfortable - it rubbed. They went back.
