I like them and they get compliments. They're oddly somewhat heavy however which makes you feel them when you walk, the worst thing about them is the zipper runs along the outer leg, not on the inside, making them almost impossible to zip up. I have to put my foot on something and angle the knee out to reach the zipper. Seriously, who thought this was a good idea?

While it is rare, every so often DSW sends a pair of very obviously worn, secondhand shoes. This pair should was just beyond reason. They should have never been sent to anyone. Now I have to make time to return them. Very dissatisfied.

Looks as pictured, quality materials, waterproof however, the end of the toe creases in half when you walk and looks really odd. The leather is very thin at the toe end on top so it folds. Never saw this in a boot before. Returning.

Love, love, love these booties! Comfortable and match with just about everything in my closet. The waterproof factor makes them extra awesome! Had to buy a new pair to replace the old ones because my new puppy loved them too! Ugg. The original pair held up very nicely!

They are true to size in that I consistently purchase an 8.5 and that size always fits in this brand. For reference, I'm usually an 8 and I wear 8.5 in the Sorel brand. They are great slip-on boots that can be dressed up or down, and are pretty comfortable to walk around in. They looked really scuffed out of the box. I bought them in the black and also the brown and the brown were worse than the black. You are able to rub the scuff marks out a bit. The boxes they arrive in are terribly smashed, both online and when I went to exchange them for a better one at the store. The shoe box quality needs some absolute quality control from DSW.

I’m usually an 8 and I wear 8.5 in the Sorel brand. They are great slip-on boots that can be dressed up or down. They looked really scuffed out of the box. I bought them in the black and also the brown and both appeared really scuffed and arrived with damaged shoe boxes. I was going to return them both until I realized I could rub the marks out. I did exchange one that I found for a better looking shoe box. I have been extremely disappointed in the quality of DSW shoes and packaging. The last five or six pairs of shoes that I have bought have arrived in unpresentable shoe boxes to downright torn up boxes or smashed boxes. I have even received shoe boxes where the lid has been cut off. If I am paying full price for a $140+ pair of shoes I expect them to come in fresh boxes from the factory. This continues to not be the case from DSW. I have been an Elite member or VIP member or whatever the top tier is with DSW and I’m unsure if I will keep purchasing from this retailer if it keeps happening. They started shipping in plastic bags shipping bags instead of shipping boxes and it just smashes the products inside. If you buy this shoe in either color, prepare for them to look worn and scuffed because of them also looked that way in the store with equally unpresentable boxes. DSW, work on your quality because it is going down.

These are literally the best boots I have ever owned. I wanted something cute, sturdy and comfortable for a December trip to Europe, and I found these on sale during Black Friday weekend so I went for it. Now at the end of the trip, I can honestly say I would have paid full price for them without hesitation. We walked tens of thousands of steps every day all around the uneven cobble stone streets of France and Germany, and I never slipped or had sore feet at the end of the day. These are somehow so supportive and comfortable even without any noticeable memory foam or extra cushion in the sole. The slight wedge was also very helpful for my mild case of plantar fasciitis. Anyway, I will evangelize for these forever after this experience!
