I received the wrong item but am returning the dr sholls sandals that came instead. I need a credit for the 9N navy flat I did not receive. I returned the shoes to the DSW store and the rep there called you. I had called customer service about the problem and they told me to return the sandals and have my card refunded for the 9N never received. The local DSW has the sandals.

The front edge digs into the base of my big toes. Stretching may help but don’t want to invest more into shoes that are this expensive. The textured leather is nice and the cushioning feels supportive.

I tried on several pairs and found that these ran a size larger. I haven't worn a size 10 since my late teenage years. Glad that these were available in wide and that they have a round toe. That helps when you have bunions. Found the leather to be a bit stiff and thin. Hope that it gets softer. I'm only wearing these for special occasions. Don't like the lower cuts on the toes and in the back. Gone are the shoes with soft buttery leather that you can sink your foot into. There are okay compared to other brands out there, but most of them are barely adequate.

These are pretty cute! I ordered them in red, and as another person mentioned, the dark part shown online isn’t a shadow. It looks kinda like you’re wearing water stained shoes. I got blisters the first time I wore them, but they’ve been fine since. I received compliments on them recently, so yeah… they’re cute.

I like the shoe. I got the red one. They are comfortable but the leather is a little stiff. It shows a dark hue in the picture and I guessed it was a shadow but it actually has a dark hue in the front of both shoes. I got the wide because they looked narrow in the front. I was happy I did.

I am so happy with the Sonoma silver flat shoes to wear to my son’s wedding. I wanted some comfortable dressy shoes when my silver sandals need to come off for dancing and running around doing my wedding jobs! DSW employees were great to help me find these shoes after several orders were cancelled due to availability or did not fit. Love my shoes!

I have super wide feet and this product fits the bill. However my normal size was definitely too tight. Fingers crossed as I await the next size up once it comes in stock. Also ordered the metallic pewter and it looks quite aged even after only one wear. Not sure how well it will look as it ages further (i.e. seems that metallic may flake off as soft leather moves)

I am on my feet most of the day and I am constantly looking for a ballet flat that offers some support. When I purchased these shoes I had little hope they would work. I was PLEASANTLY surprised. I love these shoes!!!!! I will purchase other colors.

My daughter wears 10.5 and has narrow feet. It’s hard to find a dress shoe that’s stylish and comfortable In that size. We wereI so happy to find these shoes. She loves the color and the insoles are extremely comfortable!
