Ugh
I really wish I had returned these because there isn’t a lot to like. As noted by others, the heel box is strange. It’s too heavy and bulky for the strap to support so I always feel like I am kind of shuffling around in them. The puffy inserts made this worse so I removed them, but the fit is still awkward. Also, the buckle on the strap catches on the hem of my pants and tears the thread so I will eventually need to go to the tailor. I was on the fence about keeping them and wish I’d sent them back, unfortunately, a lot of the issues didn’t become apparent until after I’d worn them for a few hours. They are just kind of frumpy and unfortunate.

Heel Box Too narrow
They are oddly shaped. The toe box is very wide and comfortable but the end of the shoe is very narrow so my heel is constantly out of the heel box and over the shoe trim, which is pain! also while the padding of the shoe is soft, it is hot!

Perfect Pewter Shoe
Unfortunately, this shoe felt like a “negative” heel and I had to return it. It was a perfect fit, comfortable footbed, available small enough for my foot & a very hard-to-find color. I wish I could have worn it!

Versatile Comfort

Small toebox
Everything was great except the toebox--it pushed down so much on my big toe. For reference, I wear an 11 wide.

Cushy But Narrow Toe
I like the sleek, neutral look of these shoes and imagine they go w everything. They have excellent cushion including arch support and a soft suede insole. However, the toe box is WAY too narrow and my big toe was being pushed on so will need to return them.

Feels Like Slippers

VERY comfortable flat!
Got these in the camel color on clearance - possibly a return from another customer. Paid approximately half of the listed price. VERY comfortable flat. Toe box is rounded and does not pinch. Looked cute with cuffed boyfriend jeans. Great "squishy" insole and good arch support. Will likely buy another pair in the suede.

So far, so good
I did an extensive search and read a lot of reviews trying to find a comfortable pair of blue flats. I was looking for something business casual at least that I could wear with pants and skirts/dresses in cooler weather. I have plenty of sandals. My problem is I can't keep loafers or flats on my feet. My heel slips out of every pair I try on. I also need cushioned insoles so I don't feel like I am walking on cardboard. I am able to keep this slingback style on my feet and the insole is very soft and comfortable. There are no uncomfortable seams that rub. The toe box felt slightly narrow when I first wore them but got better. I have only worn them once and only for a couple of hours, but they were very comfortable. Nice flexible sole and soft leather upper that doesn't cut into the tops of your feet when you walk. Wish they had other colors available in my size.

Good shoe for the season
I bought these in silver and they are so perfect for this spring season with everything from wide legged jeans to dresses. They are super comfortable for all day wearing. I usually wear an 11 N but am able to wear the 11M in this shoe. They even have some arch support.
