Disappointed In DSW service

I was very excited to get these shoes! According to Tracking shipment, these shoes sat waiting for weeks to be picked up by FEDEX. They never sent me the shoes and cancelled the transaction. Very disappointed in DSW service lately. I will have to take my business elsewhere.
