Very disappointed!! When someone pays the money for brand new shoe’s, that’s exactly what they should get!!! The shoes I received came in a taped together shoe box, there was no tags and the bottom of the shoes show they’ve been worn. The shoes themselves are very cute, just expected them to be NEW, not USED!! DSW, please do better!!!

I purchased the 9 1/2 but returned it for a size 9. I always were 9 1/2 but these run big they are quite comfortable.
