Used Shoes

I received the shoes and realized they are used.
Emailed customer support and they apologized and sent a replacement.
The replacement came used as well.
At the store in Manchester CT, when I was returning both used pairs, the manager insisted they aren’t used (clearly dirty shoes) but since I bought them on sale, I should expect them to be lightly worn as they are floor samples.
I never heard anything like that. And didn’t appreciate his attitude blaming me expecting new shoes.
I’ve been shopping with DSW for 20 years.
Terrible experience.

Best Skechers sneakers I've ever owned

This are some of the best Skechers sneakers I've ever owned. Didn't need to break them in because they are so comfortable and have wonderful arch support. They are lightweight with a mesh design and the removable insole allows me to insert my orthotics. I wasn't sure about having pink shoes but now the color doesn't bother me because they are so comfortable.
