I think for running shoes these are just fine for most people, they are very lightweight but my mistake was buying them for cross training/weights. If you need more support especially for flat feet/fallen arches, one of the other Brooks models might be better.

Not for exercise, only CASUAL use

I have used Brooks for years for running but have cut back to walking so decided to try a cheaper pair with the Anthem-and now am PAYING for it! Very poor support-feels super thin and flat. May be fine for light use, but trail running, walking, and definitely running should be done in something with more support.
Should be marketed as a casual shoe, not for exercise. I won't give up on Brooks but will have to find something new because after 2 times using these shoes are wrecking my feet. Very disappointing. I do like the neutral color though.

Love this brand (I run in Brooks) but needed a different shoe to run around in and do errands in - this is a perfect shoe! And it’s so stylish as well - I actually purchased 2 of them! Definitely worth looking at these - so comfy and great support - your feet always need a good pair of sneakers - take care of yourself and your feet!!
