Glad the reviews help me get a good fit. I went 1/2 size down instead of my true 8, they fit perfectly.
I love them even more now that I know a famous artist James Goldcrown designed them. :)

Not what I had hoped

I loved these at first sight, and when they went on sale, I purchased immediately. I had no idea that these don't have "real" shoelaces, the ones you can tie and untie. Instead, they have a short shoelace which goes through the eyelets and is formed into a knot on either side - did the designer of this shoe realize what a struggle it is to get a shoe like this on the foot? That nearly did it for me, but I decided to at least put them on and see how they felt - I shouldn't have bohered, because they are STIFF as a board! So disappointing.
